Refund Policy

Effective date: October 30, 2026

All sales are final. Breaking Point LLC does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, except as described below or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Digital products (e-books and audiobooks)

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply. Digital products are non-refundable. If you cannot download or access a product you paid for, contact us and we will provide working access.

Physical books

Physical books are non-refundable. If your book arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo, and we will send a replacement. Where mandatory consumer law in your country grants you a right to withdraw from a purchase of physical goods, you may exercise that right as the law requires; in that case return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Payments already made, including renewal payments and unused portions of a billing period, are non-refundable.

Purchases made through Google Play

Purchases and subscriptions made inside our Android apps are processed by Google Play. Any refund requests for those purchases are handled by Google under Google Play’s policies.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at contact@gnosark.com so we can resolve it. If a payment is disputed without first contacting us, we may suspend access to the related product, subscription or account while the dispute is reviewed.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in exceptional cases. Doing so does not create any obligation to do the same in the future.
