Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gnosark.com and the products, apps and services offered by Breaking Point LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
We sell educational e-books, audiobooks and physical books, and we offer mobile and web applications, some of which include paid subscriptions. Product descriptions and prices are shown at the point of sale.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown at checkout, and you are charged at checkout. Web payments are processed by Stripe; purchases inside Android apps are processed by Google Play under Google Play’s terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless they are included in the price shown.
3. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly after payment by download link or email. Physical books are shipped to the address you provide; estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed and cancelled in your Google Play account.
5. All sales final
All sales are final and non-refundable, except as stated in our Refund Policy or where required by applicable law. By purchasing a digital product, you request its immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. License and intellectual property
All content and software we provide are owned by Breaking Point LLC or its licensors. When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, share or redistribute our products.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them without authorization, interfering with their operation, or using them for unlawful purposes.
9. Not professional advice
Our books and apps provide general educational information and personal organization tools. They are not financial, legal, medical or psychological advice.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breaking Point LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence apply.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Updated Terms are posted on this page with a new effective date.
