This Privacy Policy explains how Breaking Point LLC (“Breaking Point”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit gnosark.com, buy our products, or use our mobile and web applications (together, the “Services”). Each of our apps may also link to this policy as its privacy policy.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address and the contents of messages you send us; account information you provide when you create an account in one of our apps (such as email address and password); and content you enter into our apps (for example, records you choose to store).
- Purchase information: when you buy a product or subscription, payments are processed by Stripe (on the web) or Google Play (in Android apps). We receive order details such as product, amount, date, country and the email address used, but we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Shipping information: for physical books, your name and shipping address.
- Technical information: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and error and crash reports that help us fix problems.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to provide and operate the Services; create and manage accounts; process orders and subscriptions; deliver digital products and ship physical products; respond to support requests; fix errors and improve reliability and security; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal bases (EEA, UK, Serbia and similar laws)
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Services), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required.
5. Service providers
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Services, under contracts that limit their use of the data:
- Supabase — app backend, account authentication and database hosting
- Sentry — error and crash reporting
- Stripe — web payment processing
- Google Play — app distribution and in-app payment processing
- Our website, email and hosting providers
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or others.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you delete your account, except where we must keep certain records (such as transaction records) to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
8. Your rights and deleting your data
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your app account from within the app where that option is available, or by emailing contact@gnosark.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm deletion within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
